Solar Asset Management North America is the region’s must-attend event focused on the operational phase of PV assets.  SMA is a proud diamond sponsor of the event hosted by Solarplaza on March 13 – 14 in San Francisco where two of our subject matter experts will be participating in panel discussions.

SMA at Solar Asset Management North America

SMA America is a renowned authority in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for PV plants, leveraging more experience than any other O&M provider. In addition to having more than 65 GW of PV installed globally, SMA was recently ranked as the No. 1 O&M vendor in North America among inverter manufacturers (according to GTM Research).

SMA is among the solar industry leaders sharing their knowledge at the event.

Jamie Mordarski, senior manager of operations and maintenance (O&M) for SMA America, has worked in 15 countries and has more than 20 years of experience in power generation, field service, maintenance, controls and operations in nuclear power, fuel cells and photovoltaics. He will share case studies and best practices on insurance and warranty claim procedures on Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.

On Wednesday morning, Chuck Smith, executive vice president of Global Operations and Maintenance Sales and Solutions, will share valuable information on strategies to grow solar portfolios.  He will talk about the main possible challenges, the selection of the right tools and structures, and the priorities when selecting assets.

At SMA, we are very excited about the opportunity to highlight our O&M expertise and we are looking forward to connect with you all this week in San Francisco.
